Jules K Photography

I am a freelance photographer in the Kansas City Northland area in the state of Missouri. Nature photography is my first love but I also enjoy doing portraits and architectural photography as well.

My art is based on creating images that display light and color in all its many facets. I particularly like creating images that give a three dimensional feel so the viewer becomes part of my original experience.

I participate as a moderator on the nature forum, Birdphotographers.net, where I host in both the 'Macro/flora' and 'Out of the Box' forums. My photograph, "Zinnia Zoom," was the featured cover image for their Ezine in December of 2008.

I am also a member of my local ASMP chapter.

My business, Jules K Photography, will be going public in early 2009 and all prints featured on this website will soon be for sale. My work has been created using Canon cameras and lenses and post-processed is done using Photoshop CS4. Feel free to email me if you would like information about what camera body or lens I used to create a specific image.
